The Greeters Ministry provides a warm welcome to all. Members of this ministry are stationed in strategic locations during church service and activities; such as the parking area, main entrance, places where people enter or exit the building.

Prayer Team
The Prayer Team prays for and follows up on every specific prayer request that comes via the prayer request cards. The team offers prayer before, during and after all worship celebrations. Coordinates all church prayer chains and prayer events.
The Hospitality Ministry plans, coordinates and oversees meal preparation for meetings and other special gatherings. Includes everything from buying supplies to helping serve food.

Dance Ministry
The Dance Ministry aids the communication of the message by ministering through liturgical dance, mime, and flags during worship and other ministry opportunities.
Armed with the Word of God and compassion for people, our choirs and musicians create an atmosphere, where souls are healed through authentic praise and worship.
Music
Serves on a Sunday of each month. Oversees the wellbeing and comfortability of our congregation. Welcomes people into the Sanctuary. Assists with pastors/minister’s needs. Distributes programs, assists with seating, fans, count, collection of tithes/offering, directional guidance of the facility and observing the congregation for special needs or emergencies. Saint Mark is honored to host funerals for those within our congregation and for those in need of God’s grace and acceptance at the loss of a loved one. Our staff also works with families to coordinate meals before or after funeral services.

This ministry provides visitation services to those who are incarcerated. We also provide support to those who are adversely affected by having a loved one incarcerated.
UNITED METHODIST MEN
United Methodist Men is a core group of men, partnering with our pastor, to invite and initiate spiritual growth opportunities for all men of the church. Everyone has different gifts, graces and areas of interest. Therefore, opportunities for participation would include diverse ministries of the church, such as prayer groups, missions, Bible studies, retreats, workshops/seminars, small groups in the Saint Mark tradition, leading and participating on committees, teaching Sunday school classes, youth ministries, mentoring and assisting in leading worship service. The focus is not inward, concentrating only on those who attend a set meeting, but outward to all men, assisting them to engage the process of spiritual growth.
